For clients able to meet our Standard Introductory Australian Citizenship Package (only)
General Applicant
$1100 plus any disbursements such as the $540 Government application fee
Child under 16 years old
$330 plus any disbursements

Additional services
We may need to charge more than the fixed fee in the following circumstances
If the applicant requires assistance with any application process irregularities (such as photographs failing to meet government computer system requirements)
$220 or more depending on the amount of assistance required.
If the applicant requires advice and assistance in relation to meeting the Special Residence requirements or for applicants that might be eligible for Ministerial Discretion provisions
$440 or more depending on the complexity of the assistance required.
If we are required to contact you on numerous occasions to obtain the requested documents
$220 or more depending on how many times we must request the documentation from you.
Complex Australian Citizenship Applications (such as character or other complications involved)
Fees will be based upon actual professional fees incurred and dependant on time taken to attend to the complexities of your matter.
Charges include GST where relevant
